The melodies on this website are simple fun tunes that we hope you will enjoy listening to, tunes that you can hum, whistle, or play without too much difficulty on kazoo, guitar, or piano. (Okay, a couple are not so simple, but most are.) Several are intended as melody lines for songs, and you are invited to supply your own lyrics for them.

Terms of Use

On the Library pages, sheet music is available to download (including guitar tabs for many) at no cost. If you play any of the tunes in a formal setting, please acknowledge their authorship, as shown in the pdf. (If you find errors in who authored a tune, please let us know.)

Many of the tunes are preliminary drafts or versions that could be developed further. You are welcome to undertake such development, including devising more elaborate arrangements, improving the harmonies, or adding lyrics. If you would like to suggest lyrics, modify an arrangement or melody, or use a tune in any of your other creative endeavors, please email bigdogtunes1@gmail.com.
